A simple solution for mounting sensors into non-pressurised processes, simply screw the flange plate to the surface to create a fixing point. The flanges can also be used as a stop plate for vertical applications.

Available in three styles, all with a 50mm outside diameter. The flanges all have a 15mm maximum thickness, the main plate is 5mm thick. 3 x 4.6mm diameter holes are drilled on a 40mm PCD at 120° angles.

Both the Brass and 316 Stainless Steel flange plates have a 1/8" BSP parallel female thread. An adjustable compression fitting is most commonly used with these flanges; the compression fittings are available to suit sensor diameters from 0.5mm up to 6.0mm.

The Nickel Plated Brass flange plate has a 6.5mm centre hole, commonly used with 3.0mm, 4.5 and 6.0mm sensors. The grub screw simply tightens onto the sensor to hold it in place.
