Description

316 stainless steel body. 4-20 mA 2-wire output. Bottom entry, direct mount assembly. DIN 11851 connection with female grooved nut. Ranges available from 0...1 bar to 0...25 bar. Accuracy: 0.5% of span. Stainless steel 316L wetted parts, IP65 rated.

The WIKA DSS18T high quality pressure transmitter with mounted diaphragm seal is designed for measuring gases, vapours, a wide range of liquids, pastes, powders and crystallising media in hygienic applications where preventing bacterial growth is essential. The system is also designed to withstand SIP cycles, typically up to +130°C during sterilisation.

Commonly used across hygienic processing industries such as dairy and dairy products, for pressure measurement in various process steps, such as filtration, separation pasteurisation and in filling systems as well as in breweries and soft drink production, where pressure is monitored on tanks, pipelines, filters and skids. The flush, dead-space-free process connection supports effective cleaning and sterilisation, helping to reduce the risk of product contamination and supporting CIP/SIP regimes.

This product can be supplied with a calibration certificate.
